Hypothesis
If we explicitly ask participants to RSVP to meetings / calls via calendar invitations, they will do it consistently and happily!
Design
On our April 13, 2018 Design Team meeting, we agreed to use calendar invitations to RSVP to meetings and calls.
We’ll see how well it works, and evaluate / adjust at our June 4-6, 2018 face-to-face meeting.
Metrics
For our May calls (May 10 experiment call, May 11 Design Team call) and June face-to-face meeting (June 4-6), track who RSVPs, and who follows through.
Minimum success: 80% follow-through.
Target success: 100% follow-through.
