Reserved full week in Jan., to try out MAG week. Calendar invites have been sent out, people have been notified of the experiment.
Metrics
- Level of participation by staff
- Quantity: how many are participating in all individual meetings.
- Quality: People’s attentiveness in meeting, is Laurie getting emails from people during the meeting, are people multitasking that way.
- Are we still hearing comments/complaints that need longer breaks, need more time to do admin. Do people mention a feeling of spaciousness? Are people taking advantage of the shared learning experiences?
